Lisa M. Hendey Honored with ACP Excellence in Publishing Award

Ave Maria Press is delighted to announce that A Book of Saints for Catholic Moms, by author Lisa M. Hendey, has won second place in the inspirational category of the 2012 Excellence in Publishing Awards. These awards are sponsored by the Association of Catholic Publishers and seek to recognize the best in Catholic publishing. The winners were announced earlier today at the 2012 Religious Booksellers Trade Exhibit in St. Charles, IL.

Awards were given for books falling into six categories: General Interest, Inspirational, Prayer and Spirituality, Scripture, Theology, and Resources for Ministry. The "Book of the Year" was named from among the first-place finishers of the first six categories.
