Orders received by our Sales Department during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, leave our facility in 2 to 3 business days.
We offer different shipping methods for your order:
- USPS Media Mail—This is the most economical shipping method for books and other media. Delivery typically takes 2–12 business days, but USPS does not guarantee a delivery date. Delays can occur, especially during holidays or periods of high mail volume.
- USPS Priority Mail—Recommended for time-sensitive orders. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days and includes tracking updates.
- UPS Ground—3 to 5 business days
- UPS 3-Day Select
- UPS 2nd-Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check your order status any time on our [Track My Order] page.
An order weighing more than 500 pounds will require shipping arrangements through an LTL carrier. Our Sales Department will contact you during business hours with delivery options prior to the completion of the order.

**SHIPPING DELAYS POSSIBLE: USPS Media Mail is an affordable but slower option. Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe, especially during peak seasons.
