Jackie Angel is a Catholic speaker, a singer-songwriter, and the author of Memorize Scripture: Simple Steps to Pray, Ponder, and Practice God’s Word. She is also host of the Memorize Scripture podcast, in which she shares the beauty and power of memorizing sacred scripture.
Angel earned a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from California State University, Fullerton. She has received extensive training in youth ministry from Franciscan University of Steubenville and Life Teen and completed several courses at the Theology of the Body Institute. Throughout her adult life, she has served the Church in many capacities, including youth, young adult, marriage, pro-life, and music ministries. She has released two original music albums, Your Kingdom Is Glorious and Divine Comedy.
Angel lives in Texas with her husband, Bobby, and their children.
