Mary Pierce Brosmer is a teacher, poet, feminist visionary, and the founder of Women Writing for (a) Change. She also founded the Feminist Leadership Academy of Cincinnati, Ohio, where she works to build a sustainable community of women leaders in order to incorporate conscious feminine values and principles into many different types of organizations. In 2007 Brosmer won the Athena Award from Cincy Business for her leadership as a social entrepreneur and was recognized by Leading Women, Inc., as an Outstanding Leader of 2005. Her poetry has been featured in such places as English Journal, Sojourner, The Women’s Forum, and Early Ripening.
