Sr. Patricia St. John, C.S.J., is the executive director of the Carondelet Music Center in Latham, New York, and serves as an adjunct professor of music and music education at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she earned her doctorate in music education. St. John shared community life for thirty years with Sr. Anne Bryan Smollin, C.S.J., and called Smollin her best friend.
