Eyes Fixed to Heaven

Sr. Bethany Davis, F.S.P., is part of the content marketing team at Pauline Books and Media. She grew up as a longhorn cattle and goat farmer in Mount Airy, Maryland, until she entered the convent nine years ago. Sr. Bethany is also a part-time theology student at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Sr. Bethany Davis, F.S.P., reflects on what she has learned from the lives of saints, St. Faustina, St. Teresa of Calcutta, and St. Paul which is to be unafraid to ask Jesus what he wants of you and always remember you are loved by a loving God even when you don’t feel it. She also shares her story of how she was led to the Daughters of St. Paul, how the sisters support her in her pursuit of holiness, and how she chose the name Bethany.
